Terms of Service

Using This Site
This site describes services offered by Rig Doctor LLC. Nothing on it is a binding quote. The price for your job is the one agreed on the phone before a technician is dispatched.
Work and Payment
Roadside work carries a callout, a labor minimum and travel billed post to post. All three are stated before dispatch. Payment is due on completion unless a separate account arrangement is already in place.
Cancellations
Call and tell us. A technician already on the road toward you has already incurred the travel, and that portion may still be billable.
Accuracy
Highway, exit and landmark information on this site is published in good faith and may change. Always confirm your own location from what you can actually see.
