General Information

Everything on this site is general information about heavy duty repair. It is not a diagnosis of your vehicle and it is not a substitute for having somebody look at it.

Safety

Roadside breakdowns are dangerous. Follow the safety rules for the road you are on and your own carrier policy. Nothing written here overrides either of those.

Regulatory Matters

Inspection and compliance requirements are set by federal and state regulation and they change. Confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.

Reviews

Customer reviews reproduced on this site are published word for word as they were written. They describe one customer experience and are not a promise of a particular outcome.

No Guarantee of Response Time

Response times depend on distance, weather, traffic and what else is already running. Any estimate given on the phone is an estimate.
