What We Collect

If you call us we have your phone number, because that is how a phone works. If you use the call back form we have the name, phone number, location and details you typed into it. That is all.

What We Do With It

We call you back and we do the work. Contact details are used to run the job and to follow up on it. We do not sell them, rent them, trade them or hand them to a marketing company.

How Long We Keep It

Job records are kept for as long as the business needs them for warranty, invoicing and tax purposes. Form submissions that never turn into a job are cleared out periodically.

Cookies and Analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request for the font file.

Your Choices

Write to rigdoctorrepair@gmail.com and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will.
